Shipping & Delivery
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays)
- Though, we keep most of our catalog in our inventory, certain products need to be manufactured/ imported freshly so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
- While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. However, sometimes product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.
- If you are ordering our products from a Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 2 days of order date.
- 95% of all inside Dhaka metro city orders are completed within 48 hours from order confirmation date.
- Most of Dhaka suburb orders are completed within 3 working days from order confirmation date.
- Most of outside Dhaka metro city orders are completed within 5 working days from order confirmation date.
- We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
- Inside Dhaka city & Dhaka suburbs shipping charges – A flat rate of BDT 80 charge is applied to all orders.
- Outside Dhaka shipping charges – A flat rate of BDT 130 will be charged for all orders. Includes all other districts in Bangladesh except Dhaka.
- Once our system accepts your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We package our products in 3/5 ply paper carton boxes, after covering in layers of bubble wrap. Fragile items like glass bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. Liquid items are sealed with vacuum sealer and/or tape. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
