How to use
- Wash your hands. Fold the menstrual cup so that the wide opening of the menstrual cup is made smaller for insertion.
- Find a comfortable position and insert the cup. Wear up to 8 hours.
- Wash your hands before removing the cup. While removing, pull slightly on the stem until you can reach the base.
- Empty and sterilize the cup.
How to clean & store
- Remove the cup and empty the blood into the toilet.
- Rinse it out with clean water.
- Use a mild, oil-free, fragrance-free soap to give it a quick clean.
- To sanitize the cup after your period is over, rinse it thoroughly, then boil it for a few minutes.
- After the cup is boiled, set it aside to completely cool down and dry off.
- Store it in any breathable pouch.
- Store the pouch in a cold, dry location.
