How to use

Wash your face thoroughly with soap, making sure that it is free of any cream, lotion or make-up
Thoroughly wet your nose as the strip will not stick to a dry nose
Dry your hands and peel the strip from the plastic liner
Apply the strip to the moistened nose area with the smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with the skin
Leave for about 10-15 minutes
The strips should feel stiff as it dries
Once finished, slowly peel off the strip starting et the edges and pulling towards the center
If the strip adheres too strongly to your skin or is painful to remove, thoroughly wet the strip and carefully peel off
Any residue left on the skin can be easily removed by rinsing with clean warm water
