Take a dollop of scrub on fingers & massage on to skin for 1 minute.
Rinse with clean water.

Make sure you don't use it every day

Thank you for the honest review! It does skin feel super smooth and it smells delicious. It's a bit granular, but that's to be expected with a scrub. We recommend it twice a week, though, because it's a bit intense.
